Once the order is confirmed, it is not able to cancel or change in any condition.

RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS

All items undergo a comprehensive quality check for damage before we are delivering to customers. Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us by emailing info@jothe.com within 7 days (with photo attachment). After checking, we will define whether we need to arrange the exchange.

Please ensure that all returned items must be in well packaged. The original sales invoice is also required. Otherwise, JÖTHE reserves the right to refuse to exchange.

 

WARRANTY

JÖTHE guarantees that all goods will earn with a period of one years warranty.

This guarantee does not apply if the defect or malfunction is the result of :

1. Improper use
2. Damage
3. Theft
4. Owner negligence
5. Normal wear and tear

The packaging of products do not fall under the guarantee. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase. If you have any questions about the guarantee, please send an e-mail to info@jothe.com.
